International shipping
For your international deliveries, two options are available:
You can provide us with the contact details of your carrier or personal shipping manager (GP)
Or entrust us with the shipment, handled by a leading express carrier such as DHL
In this case, fees are calculated transparently and remain the responsibility of the Customer, depending on the destination and characteristics of the piece.
Important: Any customs duties or local taxes are determined by the authorities of the destination country and remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Delivery in Senegal
For local deliveries, fees are adjusted according to the delivery zone to ensure a fast and reliable service.
The exact amount is communicated to you at the time of delivery, in full transparency.
Real-time tracking & support
As soon as your order is shipped, you receive a tracking number allowing you to follow your package at every stage.
But beyond technical tracking, our team stays by your side:
