1. Shipping zones

MARAZ Origins delivers throughout West Africa and internationally. We strive to make our creations accessible to as many people as possible, worldwide.

West Africa: Senegal, Ivory Coast, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Guinea, Benin, Togo, Ghana, Nigeria, Mauritania, Gambia, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Cape Verde.

Africa: All capital cities and major cities on the African continent, including the Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia), Central Africa (Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, DRC), East Africa (Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Tanzania) and Southern Africa (South Africa, Namibia, Botswana).

International: Europe (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands), North America (United States, Canada), Asia (United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Japan, China), and other destinations on request.

2. Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen mode of transport. The times indicated below are given as an indication, in business days, and do not take into account production times (3 to 10 days depending on the product).

Senegal - Dakar: 2 to 4 business days. Other regions of Senegal (Thiès, Saint-Louis, Ziguinchor, Kaolack, etc.): 3 to 7 business days.

West Africa: 3 to 7 business days for capitals (Abidjan, Bamako, Ouagadougou, Accra, Lagos). 5 to 10 days for other cities.

Africa (outside West region): 7 to 14 business days for major cities. 10 to 21 days for more remote areas.

International - Europe: 10 to 15 business days. North America: 12 to 21 business days. Asia and rest of world: 15 to 25 business days.

These times may be extended during holiday periods (Christmas, Tabaski, etc.) and in case of exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, customs). We will keep you informed in case of foreseeable delay.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight and value of your order. They are clearly indicated during the ordering process, before payment validation.

Senegal: FREE delivery for any order of 50,000 FCFA (approximately 76 EUR) or more. Dakar: 3,000 FCFA (4.60 EUR). Other regions: 5,000 FCFA (7.60 EUR).

West Africa: From 8,000 FCFA (12 EUR) depending on country and weight. Free delivery for orders over 150,000 FCFA (229 EUR).

Africa (outside West region): From 15,000 FCFA (23 EUR). Free delivery for orders over 250,000 FCFA (381 EUR).

International: Europe: from 25 EUR. North America: from 45 EUR. Asia: from 50 EUR. Exact fees are calculated at checkout according to package weight and dimensions.

Warning: For international deliveries, customs duties and local taxes (VAT, import taxes) may apply according to your country's legislation. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

We recommend that you contact your country's customs authorities to find out about possible additional fees before placing an order.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

You can also track your order directly from your customer account on marazorigins.com, in the 'My Orders' section. Click on the order number to see all details and delivery status.

Real-time tracking is available for most destinations. Depending on the carrier and country, you will be able to see: the shipping date, the package route, arrival in your country, customs clearance, and final delivery.

For deliveries in Senegal and West Africa, we mainly work with DHL Express, Fedex, UPS and trusted local carriers. For international, we use DHL, FedEx, UPS and La Poste depending on the destination.

If you have difficulty tracking your package or if the status has not been updated for more than 5 days, immediately contact our customer service at contact@marazorigins.com with your order number.

5. Delivery issues

Damaged package: If you receive a visibly damaged package, we recommend refusing delivery or making written reservations with the delivery person. Take photos of the package and its contents, then contact us immediately at contact@marazorigins.com. We will open a claim with the carrier and arrange to send a new item.

Lost package: If your package has not arrived within the indicated time + 5 business days, contact us with your order number. We will launch an investigation with the carrier. If the package is declared lost, we will send you a new item or proceed with a full refund.

Address error: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. In case of error in the address provided, additional fees may apply to redirect the package. If the package is returned to us, you will have to pay shipping costs again for a new shipment.

Missing or incorrect item: If you received an item different from the one ordered or if an item is missing from your package, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will correct the error immediately and cover return and reshipping costs.

Delivery delay: In case of significant delay (more than 10 days compared to the announced time), contact us. We will do what is necessary to locate your package and speed up delivery. If the delay is due to a problem on our side, we may offer you a commercial gesture.

Customs issues: For international deliveries, your package may be held at customs for inspection or payment of taxes. You will usually receive a notification from customs authorities. You will need to provide the necessary documents and pay the requested fees. MARAZ Origins cannot be held responsible for delays or fees related to customs procedures.
