1. Return period
You have 21 days from receipt of your order to submit a return request.
2. Return acceptance conditions
To be eligible for a return, the piece must:
- Be unworn, unused and in perfect condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by all accessories, elements and certificates provided
Any piece showing signs of wear, deterioration or alteration cannot be accepted.
3. Return procedure
To initiate a return:

- Indicate your order number and the reason for the return
- Follow the instructions provided to you
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, commensurate with the value of the piece.
4. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned piece:
- The refund will be processed within 14 days
- The refund will be made via the original payment method
5. Custom and made-to-measure pieces
Custom or made-to-measure pieces are neither accepted for return nor refunded, except in case of proven manufacturing defect.
6. Maraz warranty
All Maraz creations benefit from a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
