Maison Maraz is a luxury leather goods house born in Dakar, dedicated to artisanal excellence and the transmission of exceptional craftsmanship.

Each Maraz creation embodies a meeting between heritage, precision of gesture and modernity of lines. Conceived as timeless pieces, our creations are part of an approach of exigence, durability and singularity.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&C") govern the relationship between Maison Maraz and any person wishing to acquire a piece through its official website.

Any order implies full and unreserved adherence to these conditions.

Validating an order constitutes express acceptance of these T&C and a firm commitment by the Customer.

The Customer acknowledges having full legal capacity to contract. When acting on behalf of an entity, the Customer guarantees being duly authorized to bind it.

Maison Maraz reserves the right, with discernment, to refuse any order in case of prior dispute, fraudulent behavior or situation incompatible with its standards of integrity.

Each order receives particular attention, from the selection of materials to the finishing of pieces.

As some creations are handcrafted by our artisans, a specific production time may be required. As such, a production period of 3 to 30 business days may apply, depending on the nature, complexity or degree of customization of the piece.

The order confirmation, sent electronically, materializes the formation of the contract.

Any request for modification or cancellation must be made within 2 hours of order validation. After this period, the piece enters the preparation phase and can no longer be modified.

Prices are expressed in CFA Franc (XOF), Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD) and United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), all taxes included.

They may evolve according to current exchange rates and necessary adjustments related to our materials or manufacturing processes, without affecting already confirmed orders.

Payment is due in full at the time of order, ensuring the mobilization of resources and the launch of the manufacturing process.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bank transfer
• Mobile Money solutions (depending on the area)
• Cash on delivery (eligible zones)

All transactions are secured according to the strictest international standards.

Any customs duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Maison Maraz offers its creations in Senegal, across Africa and internationally.

Each order is prepared with the greatest care and entrusted to recognized logistics partners.

Delivery times are communicated as indicative and may vary depending on customs constraints, logistics or circumstances beyond our control.

Upon receipt, the Customer is invited to check the condition of the package and report any anomaly as soon as possible, to allow optimal handling.

In keeping with our commitment to an impeccable experience, Maison Maraz offers the possibility of a return under conditions.

The Customer has a period of 21 calendar days from receipt to submit a return request.

Returned pieces must be:

• Strictly unworn and unused
• Kept in their original condition
• Accompanied by their case, accessories and authenticity elements

Customized or made-to-measure creations cannot be returned, except in case of proven defect.

After receipt and inspection by our teams, the refund is made within a reasonable time via the original payment method.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer, except in case of error attributable to the Maison.

Each Maraz creation benefits from a warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months.

The Maison is committed to favouring, whenever possible, expert artisanal intervention, respecting the integrity and aesthetics of the piece.

Leather, a noble and living material, evolves over time. Its natural variations in grain, shade or texture testify to its authenticity and cannot be considered as defects.

All elements composing the Maraz universe — creations, visuals, texts, identity and signatures — constitute a protected heritage.

Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior authorization, is strictly prohibited.

Each Maraz piece is part of a singular creative approach, reflecting a vision and a heritage.

Maison Maraz is committed to offering a quality experience and maintaining a high level of standards in its services.

However, its liability cannot be engaged in case of:

• Misuse of products
• Technical or logistical disruptions beyond its control
• Force majeure events

The Maison's liability is, in any event, limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Maison Maraz pays particular attention to the confidentiality of information entrusted to it.

The data collected is used exclusively within the framework of the customer relationship and order processing, in compliance with applicable regulations.

They are not subject to any transfer to third parties for commercial purposes.

The Customer has rights relating to their data, which they can exercise at any time.

Maison Maraz reserves the right to adapt these T&C to reflect the evolution of its services, commitments or regulatory framework.

The applicable conditions remain those in force at the time of the order.

These T&C are governed by Senegalese law.

In case of dispute, Maison Maraz will always favour an elegant, respectful and amicable resolution, true to its sense of service.

Failing agreement, the competent courts of Senegal shall have sole jurisdiction.
